방법 1 — 게임 안에서

게임 실행 → 설정 → 계정 삭제 → 확인. 바로 삭제가 시작됩니다.

방법 2 — 게임을 지웠거나 열 수 없을 때

support@boatmangames.com으로 제목 "계정 삭제 요청"과 함께 아래 중 하나를 보내 주세요.

• 게임 설정 화면의 계정 ID, 또는
• 게임에 연결한 구글 계정 이메일

본인 확인 후 처리하고 결과를 메일로 알려 드립니다.

삭제되는 것 · 남는 것

• 삭제: 계정, 게임 진행(레벨 · 재화 · 아이템 · 베이커 · 유물), 랭킹 기록, 친구 초대 기록, 기기 정보 — 요청 후 30일 안에.
• 법에 따라 보관: 결제 기록 5년, 분쟁 처리 기록 3년 (전자상거래법). 이후 파기.
• 오류 · 사용 기록은 최대 14개월 뒤 자동 삭제.
• 삭제한 계정과 구매한 상품은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

Option 1 — In the Game

Open the Game → Settings → Delete Account → confirm.

Option 2 — If you uninstalled the Game or can't open it

Email support@boatmangames.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and either your Account ID (shown in Settings) or the Google account email linked to the Game. We will verify and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted within 30 days: account, progress (levels, currencies, items, bakers, relics), ranking records, referral records, device data.
• Kept as required by law: payment records for 5 years, dispute records for 3 years, then deleted.
• Usage and crash data are deleted automatically within 14 months.
• Deleted accounts and purchased items cannot be restored.
